The Arunachal Pradesh Judicial Service Rules, 2006 is formulated under the Article 309 of the constitution of India. This rule governs Constitution of service, strength of service, recruitment procedure, appointing authority, reservation, pay, promotion, leave for three grades of officer in judicial service etc. The Chief Justice shall fill up the post of Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar by virtue of Article-229 (1) of the Constitution ordinarily from Grade-I, Grade-II and Grade-III of the service respectively. |
