This Act is to provide for the salaries and allowances of Ministers of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. Under this Act, there shall be paid to the Chief Minister and to each Minister, other than a Deputy Minister, a salary of rupees one thousand two hundred and fifty per mensem and to each Deputy Minister a salary of rupees nine hundred per mensem. The traveling allowance for the Ministers and members of his family and for transport of personal effects of himself and family shall be entitled for him, under the section 6 in sub-section (ii) of clause (c). |
