The Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rule, 2000 conferred by the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution and in super cession of the Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 1990. Under this Rule, the Departmental Promotion Committee means a Group 'A' Departmental Promotion Committee specified in Schedule IV for considering cases of promotion or confirmation in Group ‘A’ posts of the services (AP Health Service). |
