The Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Rule is formed to regulate the method of recruitment for the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Services. The service shall include persons who immediately before the commencement of these rules were members of the service and had been appointed, on regular basis to either APCS (Junior) or APCS (Senior) or APCS Entry Grade of the service as the case may be as per provisions of APCS (Junior) Rules, 1980, the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Rules, 1995 and the Arunachal Pradesh Service Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 2001. |
