In the State of Arunachal Pradesh, it is notified for the information of all employers belonging to Central and State Governments, Central and State Public Sector Undertakings and in private sector carrying on building and other construction work in Arunachal Pradesh to furnish statutory return. All the employers are directed to concern immediately to avoid initiation of legal proceedings against them under sections 9, 10 and 13 of the Building and other Construction Workers' Welfare Cess Act, 1996 and rules framed there under. |
