The Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act which was introduced in the year 1989 has been amended with certain modifications in some sections of the original Act. Again it was amended in the year 2006. The amendments have been made in some sections such as: after sub-sections (6) and (21) of Section-2 some definitions shall be inserted. In chapter V-A Establishment of Private yards, in chapter VII-A contract farming of agriculture has been mentioned. |
